"Complex nose and very difficult to transcribe where we gradually have acidity, lily, succulents, orange blossom, undergrowth moss, woody touches and so on. Then appear floral shades ranging from roses to lilies."

LA CHAPELLE

A lemon and spicy beer, marked by the acidity coming from wheat malts as well as the taste of yeast. An original and refreshing beer that will seduce you with its roundness and complexity.

CAROLUS TRIPEL

"Despite technological advances, this beer is brewed according to the traditional method and gathers, as before, the best raw materials of our soil such as barley and hops in order to preserve the purity of its flavor. PORTE DORÉE

Porte Dorée gets its red/amber hue from a blend of five malts. Flavors of bread, caramel and a subtle roast note blend with spicy and citrusy hops to create a full flavored and well balanced beer. Its name is a nod to San Francisco and to its red bridge we know so well.

SCHLENKERLA MARZEN


"Schlenkerla's Smokebeer (in German language it's called "Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier") is a dark, aromatic, low-fermented beer with 13.5% original extract, which is equivalent to an alcohol content of 5.1%. No doubt: there are stronger beers, but nevertheless, Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier should not be underestimated, it can make you a little schlenker. Its smoky taste is obtained by exposing the malt to the intense and aromatic smoke of burning beech logs with Schlenkerla maltings. After blending it with premium hops, this beer matures in 700-year-old cellars deep in the Bamberg hills to give a beer with a beautiful and sublime taste."


PIERRE DE LUNE

"Light and thirst-quenching beer, brewed with malted wheat. This beer is sweet and aromatic with notes of yeast and lemon zest. It is made from a recipe of Weizen-bier, also called Weißbier, German. This means that it contains mainly wheat malt. The terms weizen (wheat) and weiß (white) gave the name to this typically German style."

KASTEEL ROUGE

"Considered one of the best beers in the world, St.Bernardus Abt 12 is unsurprisingly the flagship of our brewery and is at the top of the hierarchy of St. Bernardus beers. It is brewed in the classic 'Quadruple' style, according to an original recipe from 1946."

ST BERNARDUS WIT

St. Bernardus Wit is a traditional, unfiltered Belgian white beer. It was developed in collaboration with the legendary brewmaster Pierre Celis, an emblematic figure of Hoegaarden. It is to him that we owe the revival of white beer in the '50s. St. Bernardus Wit is known for its exciting aromas of coriander and orange, with a pungent touch of cloves and fruity citrus in the background. The energy of spices and the velvety wheat release a masterfully balanced taste experience. The midpalate deliciously combines the taste of sweet malt with a refreshing acidity, ending with a very fresh aftertaste.

CHIMAY BLEUE

"Trappist beer from the Abbey of Scourmont in Belgium, this dark brown beer with golden reflections, top-fermented and refermented in the bottle is the strongest of the three Chimay (Blue, White, Red). Unfiltered with a fruity yeast aroma, this Chimay is very fine in the mouth. We are seduced by its delicate taste despite its high alcohol content."

SEX ALE & ROCK’N ROLL

"Sex Ale & Rock'n'roll: a beer that we grant ourselves for pleasure, in accordance with the doctrine that this is the purpose of human existence. Deliciously structured, we delight in it: a raw power, intensely hopped, frankly contrasted by notes of citrus rather dry and subtly resinous. KRIEK MORT SUBITE

"Kriek Mort-Subite is a spontaneously fermented beer. For the manufacture, we cut young lambic with older lambic. Then Belgian cherries are added, from Tienen. The whole matures in oak barrels for at least 5 months. Kriek Mort-Subite has a beautiful bright red colour, a sweet and sour taste, a flavour of lambic and cherries."

LUPULUS

"The Lupulus Blonde is THE Lupulus par excellence, the one with which the adventure began. A beer available in 75cl format. It is an unfiltered craft beer, with refermentation in the bottle. Golden colour, slightly veiled, topped with an ivory foam. Citrus and herbaceous aromas. Bitterness present but delicate, which brings a refreshing side, with a touch of thyme"

ERNESTINE

Notes of biscuit and caramel for this beer with a malty body and a silky-smooth and spicy mouthfeel. Flavours of fresh, resinous and fruity hops. Long bitterness in the final. A powerful IPA that reminds us that England is not far from La Goutte d'OR

MARIAGE PARFAIT

NEVERMORE

"Inspired by the dark dream of the character in E.A. Poe's short story 'The Raven,' the Nevermore is a deep and complex imperial stout. Produced with American oak wood and bourbon, it develops gourmet, almost vanilla aromas, a suppleness in the mouth that follows a creamy attack on the coffee notes.

INDIGO IPA

Beer with juicy and fruity bitterness, exuberant on the nose, well balanced on the palate. Nugget hops bring fruity notes, Chinook the resinous side, Citra a fresh and tropical note. Cold hopping reinforces this aromatic exuberance.

LA CHOUFFE

"Unfiltered lager refermented in bottle, Chouffe has a golden color with a beautiful white foam, exhuming aromas of fruit and hops. Round and sweet on the palate, it is nuanced with fruit aromas with a slight hoppy bitterness. It will surprise you with its length in the mouth with a hint of coriander".

COGNAC BARREL

STELLA ARTOIS

It all started in 1366, the year our brewing tradition started in the city of Leuven, Belgium. AGENT PROVOCATEUR

"L'Agent Provocateur is a Belgian-style golden beer brewed with aromatic American hops offering floral and citrus notes.

AUGUSTINER HELL

"Simply one of the best lagers in the world. It is one of the few breweries in the world with a significant amount of production to operate its own malting areas. The malting plant located in the cellars of the brewery building is probably the largest in the world. Here, the cereals are spread in thin layers on the special slab threshing grounds in Solnhofen and always used mechanically. This process certainly requires a lot of work, but produces a top-quality malt."

JADE

JADE Blond Alcohol Free 0.0% is an AB certified beer made by Castelain Brewery in Bénifontaine in the Pas de Calais. Brewed "by infusion", the origin of its raw materials and its manufacture are controlled by Ecocert.

GUINNESS

"It's rich, it's creamy, and it's black (well actually, if you look closely, Guinness is ruby red in color but don't tell anyone!) It's everything it promises to be! Smoothly balanced taste with bitter, sweet roasted notes."


FRAMBOISE LINDEMANS

"The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass"

ORANGE MECANIQUE

"Sweet, fruity and fragrant nose. We smell the acacia honey and beeswax. Orange is also very present as well as fine notes of cloves and nice malty touches on blond caramel. Soft and pleasant palate marked by a fine texture. The agreement with the nose is respected, honey being very present, complemented wonderfully by caramel. The malt brings a beautiful balance subtly integrating the notes of cloves. A simple beer, perfectly made, round and warm."

DELIRIUM TREMENS

"Delirium Tremens was established on December 26, 1989. The beer, with an 8.5% strength, requires three different yeasts. It is packed in a ceramic-like bottle, reminiscent of Cologne pottery. The pink elephant is an allusion to the consequence of a delirium tremens, whose label depicts the different phases. The birds at the top and bottom of the label are a reference to Alfred Hitchcock's film The Birds. It offers hints of bitterness and reveals a malty smell on the nose. It leaves at the end a bitter and peppery tone."

FARO

"Lambic is one of the oldest beers in the world. According to some, it is also the best even if its particular acidity does not please all palates. To compensate for this acidity, some decided to add sugar. This is how the Faro was born. A sweet candy taste, perfectly balanced, with a particularly ample sweet and sour finish."

SOFT POWER

"Soft Power is a New England India Pale Ale, i.e. a cloudy and very hoppy beer with part of the hopping done during alcoholic fermentation. This technique allows the plant to be suspended throughout the fermenter and to increase the infusion of aromas tenfold".

LAGER DES ÉTOILES

"This lager of the stars will lead you to strength with its massive dose of hops and midi-chlorians. Its texture is light and subtle, its bitterness balanced on notes of red berries. Second lager of the brewery, the Lager des Etoiles is the fruit of our work on low fermentations. This is a variation of an India Pale Ale (IPA) recipe, massively hopped but fermented with a strain of lager yeast."

WHITE RABBIT

An astonishing white, very harmonious, with a fruity exotic aromatic profile and a well-hopped character

MYRHA

Myrha is a blond beer, American Pale Ale with light notes of cereals. The nose is divided between the gourmet flavors of malt and the ripe fruit flavors of hops. Its attack in the mouth slightly dry then becomes then herbal. In summary, Myrha is a beautiful introduction to hoppy pleasures, thirst-quenching by nature

ROCHEFORT 10


"Rochefort 10 is a Trappist beer created shortly before the 1950s. It is the most alcoholic beer of the beers of the Abbey of Rochefort and it is also the richest. Sometimes called "Merveille", it has a brown color with very dark mahogany reflections. Its clarity is crystal clear although it rests on a bed of yeast. She wears a fleeting beige foam hat, crossed by a relatively saturated effervescence."

WESTMALLE DUBBEL

"Double de Westmalle is a dark red-brown Trappist beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Creamy in color, the foam gives off a special malt aroma and leaves a nice lace pattern on the glass wall. The flavor is both rich and complex, fruity and spicy, with a bitter, fresh finish. It is a balanced quality beer, round in the mouth and a long dry finish."
